- Mobile under warranty but not repaired properly Closed
I purchased my Poco F* phone from Flipkart on ** October ****. In the month of March, my phone's screen got discolouration issue at top left corner. Then, I contacted MI service centre Janakpuri. They said they don't have Poco F* screen available and I should contact Uttam Nagar service centre.
Then on ** May ****, I contacted Uttam Nagar branch. They asked me to leave my phone with them for a day as they will change the display by the next day. But it took them * days to repair my phone and this was causing me an unnecessary problem. After several calls and talks, I got my phone back. The screen works fine but there is no network on my phone. No matter which sim I put in my phone it just doesn't work. While my Sims work fine on another phone. When I visited the service centre they were unable to correct the problem. They say that your sim is faulty.
My phone is under warranty till October ****.
Please solve the issue as soon as possible.
