Samsung Z flip *, under warranty till October ****, however Samsung is refusing to repair the device, under warranty claiming mishandling of the device. Im repeatedly asking them to share photos of the mishandling, however there is no response. As far as I'm concerned the phone has normal scratches that are caused due to normal usage. The device has been in a Samsung case from day *.
