- Mobile not exchanged - telling lies Open
I had purchased a new Opportunity F* pro phone with an exchange scheme where additional **** rupees was being offered in addition to regular exchange value. Even after delivery of phone, no one came to pick up for exchanged phone even after ** working days. After repeated complaints to customer care, one day I got a call from their courier partner shadowfax that courier person is coming but I was not available at home. I got a message saying that mobile exchange is rejected as it is not satisfying criteria of exchange. It's Ben close to * months. the customer care is pathetic - I have been asking what's the proof of exchange and they don't have anything...one email again and again that mobile is rejected as back panel is damaged
.I have been asking me to prove their lies by showing me the photos which claims that mobile is damaged. The mall customer care are a bunch of cheaters. Please suggest how can this be resolved
