मैंने **/**/**** को सैमसंग कंपनी का सैमसंग M** **** मोबाइल खरीदा लगभग ** महीने मोबाइल को यूज करने के बाद उसकी स्क्रीन में खराबी आ गई जिसकी वजह से स्क्रीन बैंगनी रंग की दिखने लगी जिस को ठीक कराने के लिए मैंने * जुलाई को सर्विस सेंटर को दिखाया सर्विस सेंटर वालों ने से ठीक करने से मना कर दिया उन्होंने कहा कि इसकी डिस्प्ले किसी चीज से दबी है जिससे यह खराबी आई है! उसके बाद मैंने सैमसंग इंडिया को ट्वीट किया इंस्टाग्राम पर मैसेज किए एक-दो दिन बाद उनका रिप्लाई आया उन्होंने मोबाइल को फिर से सर्विस सेंटर पर जमा कराने के लिए कहा मैंने मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर पर जमा करा दिया लगभग * से * दिन बाद मेरे पास सैमसंग कंपनी से फोन आया उन्होंने कहा कि आपका मोबाइल हम वारंटी में ठीक नहीं कर सकते इसके लिए आपको ****.** रुपए देने होंगे मेरा मोबाइल अभी ** महीने पुराना हुआ है जिसकी अभी * महीने के करीब वारंटी बची है मोबाइल बिल्कुल नया है! मोबाइल पर एक भी स्क्रैच नहीं है, मोबाइल कभी गिरा नहीं है, मोबाइल पर कोई भी इंपैक्ट दबने का कोई भी निशान, फिजिकल डैमेज, कहीं पर कुछ नहीं है फिर भी कंपनी वाले मेरा मोबाइल ठीक करने से मना कर रहे हैं! मैं उनसे बात कर कर के परेशान हो चुका मैंने ₹***** में यह मोबाइल खरीदा था जो मेरा पूरी तरह से पैसा बर्बाद हो चुका है! और मुझे सैमसंग कंपनी की तरफ से दिमागी यातनाएं भी झेलनी पड़ रही है!
