Mobikwik offered loan from DMI Finance Pvt Ltd of Rs **,***/- and the amount was credited in my wallet attached to my mobile number ending with **** on **.**.****. The same day a caller posing Mobikwik executive tried to help me transfer the loan amount to my bank account asked for OTP received for the action but since I refused to share he threatened to take away the amount and he had all the details of my wallet. Immediately on reporting this incident the Mobikwik disabled my wallet. The loan amount is still in my wallet as per the last statement. I cannot access my wallet even after repeated correspondence and submission of relevant documents to Mobikwik. Immediately I contacted both Mobikwik and DMI Finance to close the loan and reverse back the amount to DMI Finance but both didn't hear my plea. Since, I am unable to access my loan amount is still not used, DMI finance and Mobikwik have started to harass me to pay the EMI. When the entire loan amount is in my wallet and Mobikwik is having the control to operate it they have not taken any action to close the loan and reverse the amount to DMI Finance Pvt ltd. Daily i get threatening calls and messages to pay the EMI, they are sending people to my home also for the same. I need help, please help to close this issue.
