- MMT hotel denied booking after successful reservation Open
we have booked a hotel name Arunachala in Pondicherry from Aug **, **** - Aug **,****, we have made advance payment for same.
When we reached to the property on Aug **th, we came to know this hotel do not take any booking from OYO and they accept only direct booking.
The hotel didn't allow to check in and we wasted all our time, efforts in discussing things with MMT team to sort out this issue and provide us an alternate to this or provide the refund if alternate is not provided.
We came to enjoy our vacation with family and seems everyone's mood got off and vacation seems ruined because of all this thing, and we were not able to find any other property for accomodation.
MMT team told me i will receive the call from CD team and they will resolve the issue, i was waiting for their call, but seems nothing happened. We tried calling multiple times and seems in the evening around *:** on Aug**th customer representative escalated to CD team and told me i will get a callback in next **-** min, i was expecting a call but seems nothing happened.
Called to customer team again and got that i will get a call back in morning, this time also i didn't receive a call back , i called back customer care team again and again and multiple times, and received a same answer from each and every single representative with name ( Sawan Pradhan, Lokesh, Buhin, Vaishnavi, Rahul, Nita, Sanjana, Priyanka, Shanaz, etc.many more to say). Seems these people are incapable handling the customer concern and raising this issue to higher authority.
Another big concern for me when above mentioned team said they already highlighted and escalated this issue to CD team and i will receive a call back from CD team, why the hell i didn't recieve a call back from CD team till now?
Is it my responsibility for following up with you folks again and again and calling you folks more than ** times and wasting my time for this issue. Don't i have any other better work to do rather following up with you folks. I came here for vacation with family and seems instead of enjoying it with family dealing with you folks for this.
