- Misusing TRAI rule for D2H and charging for long term plan Open
I had a balance of Rs. ****.** in my D*H account on Apr **, ****, and validity was till Dec **, **** with south India diamond plan. Without updating me they have changed my plan and gave me some channels without taking my concern. Now the Balance is Rs. ***.** and plans show platinum Bengali. When we raise the request they simply say we have changed as per TRAI rule and never respond with a resolution. I tried calling their nodal office as well but no one picked the call and got a response.
