- Missing Product in Online Delivery for Amazon Open
Actually, I have ordered one Fan from Amazon and my relative(who was not aware of this order) has received Currier but it was empty bags, there is no any fan inside the bag that delivered. So, the person who came for delivery, he has took the sign from relative saying that amazon has sending membership form to me. He never called me for this delivery to confirm where to give delivery. Hence, once I came back and see that this was fan delivery and there is no any fan.
So I have made Complain with Amazon to for ORDER # ***-*******-*******(single fan). But the Amazon team has sent request investigation team to perform investigation on wrong Order# i.e. ORDER #***-*******-*******(three fan order) and that I already received. So, investigation officer give his feedback that product is received by customer. even though Investigation guys never asked me about the correct order i.e. order # ***-*******-*******. And even when I asked to him what about the order # ***-*******-*******, he said that he has received request for investigation of ORDER # ***-*******-*******(Three Fan) not for order # ***-*******-******* so if you have complain on your single fan order than make complain on that order only.
So my concern is how the order# ***-*******-*******(Three Fan) is coming into picture and the investigation on correct product has never happened
So now the amazon team said that we have proceeded our investigation and received feedback that you have received your product and they can’t do anything on that.
Please advise me what should i have to do to get my product back or get refund ?
