hey , i order * items aloevera gel , * lipstick one lip serum and one lip balm my order was prepaid worth rs **** it was delivered in * shipemnts one package was supposed to have * items gel , lip balm , lip serum and other shipment was supoose to have * lipsticks but one opening parcel i found that out of these * items i only got * item that is aloevera gel rest items are missing from my order i contacted customer care sent various mail but they denied all my claims stating that investigation shows all items were correctly delivered this is fraud i have been cheated they try to scam innocent middle class customers i have my money back they are not ready to help even if they say they correctly delivered the order how come order went missing why will i lie i want justice please help me .
