Sir,
On *th of this month, I have taken my friends help to courier pulse oximeter, BP machine, Sugar tester and a packet of picket to Bhadrachalam to me where I am residing now. My friend has hand over all * items to the staff but I have received only three items, Pulse oximeter is missing. I request you to take this complaint and do the justice to me.
