- Missed Item Broken Item Ignoring of the customer Closed
Timetable of what transpired so far:-
*. Order placed on **-**-**** for * pcs of Shade Contemporary Floor Lamps with Brown base by La *** with “Pepperfry" and full payment of **,*** done on the same day.
*. One piece delivered on **-**-****, not to me the customer but left with the security of the building.
*. I launched a complaint at the website of Pepperfry and on *th January someone from Pepperfry called to inform they know of the no delivery and requested ** hours to resolve the issue.
*. Nobody called back from Pepperfry and I registered to return the incomplete goods delivered on the *th of January. A message and mail from Pepperfry confirmed my notification return the goods.
*. As per the return policy by Pepperfry, an unhappy customer (incomplete delivery of goods) has the right to return the goods within * days of delivery of goods.
*. On *th January Ms Sheetal from Pepperfry called and requested ** hours to sort out the nondelivery.
*. Having no communication from her, on **th of January I wrote a new complaint to Pepperfry addressed to Ms Sheetal, reminding her that she was to revert.
*. I got a call from Pepperfry informing that the original supplier was being contacted and requesting patience for further ** hours.
*. I have ** messages confirming registration of my call and I would be called back in ** minutes. Nobody contacted from Pepperfry called back.
**. On **th January at I had a message from Mr Kiran Raina, who claimed he had called earlier (not true- my phone has not registered any call) and he would revert in ** hours.
**. Nobody contacted from Pepperfry called back and my telephone called are not attended.
**. Finally, ** January I received the second Floor Lamp by La *** but it was delivered broken. I sent the message to Pepperfry with attached photo proves asking for replacing of the broken lamp.
**. Few hours later, I had a call from Nikita Fernandes from Pepperfry. I picked phone but it was not connected, then I tried to call back but his phone was disconnected. Few minutes late, I receives mail from him. He told that he tried contacting me but could not get through. He promised to call again within the next ** Hrs.
**. It was my last communication with Pepperfry. Nobody called me back, nobody replies my mails, my phone number is blocked in their system and they don’t register my calls any more.
**. After all my negative experience with them, I don’t want the replacement any more, I want return and full refund which I requested on the *th of January as per their refund policy. I don’t want to support scam companies like Pepperfry!
