- Misrepresentation Lack of Transprency ^Open

I wish to submit gist of my case to you to provide me guidance and help.

• I have availed Car under Car Lease Policy from ALD Automotive from my company Conduent.
• During pre-sanction discussions ALD confirmed that we would be exempted from GST as the car would be in the name of “Conduent” which is in SEZ.
• Also they mentioned that Cost of vehicle as Rs ******- but now they mention the cost of vehicle as ******.
• In the month of Oct ****, I have received a mail from ALD stating that they are going to recover additional amount every month on account of GST.
• I have asked for meeting to understand why the facts were misrepresented to me by ALD, and clarifications for this unilateral decision without consulting/concurrence from all the parties to contract.
• At the same time, I have requested Admin team for clarifications as well.
• Also, I have requested HR who has asked Admin team to arrange for meeting with ALD. This meeting did not happen till date.
• At the same time, I have requested Payroll team not to deducted additional amount as this is against the terms and conditions of the contract.
• But Pay roll team deducted the excess amount mentioning that it has received instructions from ALD.
• I have also requested my account details and statement of account for my clarity. But ALD refuse to give the same.

I have enclosed all my correspondence with the ALD team, final quote and confirmation of quote.

• I have been misled by incorrect information.
• My remittances have not been accounted for.
