- Misleading the customers Open
I have recharged my Videocon d2h with 205 as per shown in my account on 30 Mar 2019. My account discontinued on 18 Mar 2019. I hoped they are continuing 30 days a month. I have called them to query regarding why they disconnected so early they are saying that I supposed you did the recharge of 346 per month which is not mentioned anywhere. How can I come to know that? When I asked this question to that customer care representative they disconnected my call. This is not the right way to deal with the customer's complaint.
They are misleading customers by showing the different amount in our account and after if we ask them they will tell you another amount which is not mentioned anywhere. Please help me on this regard.
