- Misleading the customers Open
I have recharged my Videocon d*h with *** as per shown in my account on ** Mar ****. My account discontinued on ** Mar ****. I hoped they are continuing ** days a month. I have called them to query regarding why they disconnected so early they are saying that I supposed you did the recharge of *** per month which is not mentioned anywhere. How can I come to know that? When I asked this question to that customer care representative they disconnected my call. This is not the right way to deal with the customer's complaint.
They are misleading customers by showing the different amount in our account and after if we ask them they will tell you another amount which is not mentioned anywhere. Please help me on this regard.
