- Misleading information which of live TV in Jio annual subscription Open
On June **th i have taken Silver connection making payment for one year. The sales manager had misguided me and my son vivek (whose name the connection was taken), promising all HD channels streaming in Live TV and other sites under the net facility. But we are not given any demo by the same person and only after making the payment we came to know that the things are just opposite what he had promised.
We called up the same person, his higher authority and then next level like that. But every one apologised for misleading us but they said they were helpless as state office cannot take a decision , which had to be taken higher ups.
We raised our experiences and refund request with the grievance officer and then a service request was raised with SR****** ENJO. But that is also a one time process and further requests were not responded till date. This is a sure trap, which we did not expected from a establishment like yours at all, other wise we did not have made the payment.
We will go up to any level to get our refund since we are sure this is an organised cheating by a listed public limited company. Hope the matter is resolved in quick time by making the refund of the amount we paid, which is also legal as per the existing laws.
Hope to have a favourable action in this matter at the earliest.
