- Misleading customers by the offers Open
An offer is running on Paytmmall App i.e "Shop for any ac & get a voltage stabilizer FREE!". So, I have placed an order for a Voltas Air Conditioner by clicking on that offer, Order placed on *th May **** but the offer is still live on Paytmmall app. Anyone can see the offer by opening Paytmmall app and at homepage just swipe on top and you will see 'Summer Appliances Sale " named banner click on that and just scroll down little and you can clearly see a banner/Offer Saying "Shop For any AC & get A Voltage Stabilizer Free" and clicking on that is just opens the page of all AC's . So, I have selected an ac from this page and placed an order but while placing an order there were no details that you're getting a free stabilizer with this order. So I have checked other AC's also but none of them has details on any free stabilizer. So I thought I could get details of free stabilizer after placing an order but after placing an order also I haven't received any details regarding free stabilizer. Then I had contacted Paytmmall helpline number but the call got rejected while connecting to customer care but in a few minutes I received a message from Paytmmall in there app to chat there for issues. So, I told them that I haven't received any details of free stabilizer with my AC order. Their first reply came in which they have written details of the promo code. I have applied while ordering which is not the answer to my question. So, I have replied to them that I'm not asking details of the promo code. I have applied while ordering. Now their second reply came asking me where you have seen this offer. So they don't know their own offer and asking me where it is, So I told them where is an offer coming as told before in this. Now their next reply was "I would like to inform that free stabilizer is not available with order so we are unable to process your request further. Kindly share the web link of the offer".So after that, I have shared the screenshot of offer because we can't send any link of the app. Next reply was same copy past from last, So I have replied I can't share the link of the offer in-app because there is no option for that. But again same copy reply came from them, I am explaining again and again to them but they were not reading my replies and were sending the same replies again and again. Now a different reply comes "I would like to inform you that you were eligible for free stabilizer if you have applied promo code regarding this. So you will not be eligible for free stabilizer offer". So, the first time they said you were eligible for this offer but they said in reply that you're eligible if you have applied promo code regarding this. Now tell me the banner of offer only saying that 'shop for any ac and get a voltage stabilizer free" there are no TnC's written regarding this offer and no promo code is written for that and also nowhere it's mentioned that you have to apply a promo code regarding this. While ordering also when I was selecting promo codes there was no promo code regarding free stabilizer. So, I have replied to them regarding this but from that, Same * replies have come (All Copy Paste like computer generated). And my issue is not resolved till now, No details of free stabilizer with my AC given to me till Now!
So that's how they're misleading customer's on such a heavier cost product and showing the offer on the front page of AC's (offer is still live).
