- Mishandling at the airport Open

Upon placing my baggage on the carousel, Ms Shraddha started furiously complaining about how my luggage exceeded **kgs i.e. beyond the **kgs mentioned on my ticket. I clearly mentioned that I was a migration passenger and am allowed **kgs of additional luggage as per your website. Attached is a proof. Also, a day before I confirmed with jet airways customer care on my PNR and Itinerary whether I'm allowed additional luggage and they confirmed positively, clearly mentioning that I'll be allowed **kgs.
More importantly, I wasted over an hour of my time after sorting my luggage standing and trying to communicate this to your extremely uncooperative staff at the airport who did not seem to understand what I was trying to get across. This was all while my family was forced to stand and wait for an extra hour outside the airport.
I found the way Ms Shraddha and Ms Nishtha, who very mockingly said that I'll have to pay INR ***** extra for the additional **kgs along with my laptop bag that weighed * kgs, a little insulting since I felt the wasted time and me emptying my luggage at the airport entrance were not accounted for. Despite this, due to the frustration experienced at the time, I chose not to wait and argue at the airport any longer so I acquired your email address and left. The staff informed me that some one would contact me to rectify this from JetAirways which has also not happened.
I hope that some adequate resolution is offered in this case since this was my first time flying Jet Airways internationally and this instance certainly did not make a great first impression. In addition, as someone who went out of my way to purchase a full fare ticket just * days before, I feel the way this issue was handled certainly was not up to the mark
