I made my booking for * nights at sri maharaja inn, Vishakhapatnam through MMT in Dec ****. From day *, the hotel owner was too rude and arrogant about the fact that our booking was online and the company does not pay them good and in time. On *rd and *th day he became rude to an extent of shouting and charging up to me with v cheap gestures in the hotel lobby. I was too scared and requested Mmt for substitute hotel arrangements immediately due to security concerns. MMT took more than ** hrs to ask me to make my own arrangements and refunded part payment. Despite my official assignments, I had to hunt a hotel on my own and check out .
The hotel owners humiliated and threatened me and mmt customer care kept asking me to hold the line.
I want justice for the harassment and humiliation I suffered on account of a property listed on mmt
