Dear Sir,
I visited A*Z Automobiles Mahindera dealer with my brother to purchase the SUV *** W*. I have also booked one Bolero B* at the same dealership ** Dec **** after deposited Rs *****/- and delivery was expected on ** Dec ****.
We are inquiring about the car with your sales executive and discussing him about car features at your dealership, suddenly your GM Sales Mr Pradeep came and started shouting at me asking that we don't want to sell the car to you. My brother requested that you're in service industries and such behavior should not be done with customers. He told us to take your deposit money back and leave our premises.
We are not expecting such behavior with customers from the esteemed organization like Mahindra & Mahindra. We took our money and back to home after being insulted by your staff.
I have registered my complanit with
Mahindra on ** Frc but still no action taken on that. Is this culture of Mahindra Group.
