Sun Direct Dth
- Migrated the d2h plan without my consent Closed
On Jan **th ****, I had recharged my DTH with **** for a plan with * months validity. Without prior consent from us, they changed the plan and not answering the calls even customer care. I think they had blocked my number.
From my end, I didn’t receive a call or message that this was going on in the background and suddenly I got a message that plan has been migrated to the nearest match - which is not acceptable.
