- MI Pre Order not shipped Open
This is regarding MI Order Number #****************, This was placed on **th April **** for Note* Pro Gold *gb+**gb & Note* Pro Rose Gold *gb+**gb.
As per MI terms of pre orders, this need to be shipped with in **days of the order placed date. As of this, it should be shipped before **th May ****. But today is **th May **** and still there is no update for the shipment.
I tried to contact customer care too many times and everytime they said it will be shipped by **th May. Also, on **th May customer care executive told me that backend team is trying to contact me an dmy number is not reachable from last ** days. How it is possible that a number is not reachable from last ** days. Even I have not received any missed call alert. If your team is trying to contact and not reachable, I should receive a missed call alert as I received for others if happens anytime.
