- Metro recharge on wrong card number Open
On **th May, I used Paytm wallet to recharge Rs. **** on my Metro card no. *******. However, it got recharged on wrong card no. whose last digit was changed i.e. *******. Immediately, when I looked for cancellation options, none were available. On top of that, the Paytm costumer care helpline no. was unavailable. I tried to contact multiple times. Sometimes, it would return us to the main menu. Rs. **** is a big amount and we want a refund. But costumer help from either PayTM or Dmrc were very poor. My order ID is ********** and my operator reference no. is ********.
