Dear Mam/Sir,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent order placed on your application. On ** May ****, I placed an order (Order No: [***********]/[***********]/[***********]/[***********]) and completed the payment transaction successfully. However, to my utmost disappointment, I received an Notifications on app from your company on ** May **** stating that my order has been canceled.
What concerns me the most is the lack of communication from your end regarding the cancellation. I received no prior notification or explanation as to why my order was canceled. This lack of transparency and customer service is highly unprofessional and has caused me inconvenience and inconvenience.
To add to my disappointment, I had to wait for *-* days after placing the order, only to have it canceled without any explanation. This has not only wasted my time but has also created a sense of mistrust towards your company's commitment to fulfilling customer orders.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the cancellation of orders. However, as a customer, I expect proper communication and transparency from the company to keep me informed about such developments. It is disheartening to experience such disregard for customer satisfaction.
I request you to investigate this matter thoroughly and provide me with a detailed explanation as to why my order was canceled without any prior communication. Additionally, I would appreciate if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the quality of your products, which is why this incident has come as a disappointment. I hope that you will address this matter promptly and take the necessary measures to improve your customer service.
