Sir firstly i have given request letter to cancel auto debit from my bank account and my due date of renewal of policy is ** dec **** and i have given request letter on ** dec **** to cancel auto debit from my account but company has auto debited renewal amount on ** dec **** instead of schdeuled debit ie ** dec or ** dec **** as per policy expiry . And then policy hard copy has come to my home on ** January **** and on ** th january **** i have given application in ranjit Avenue amritsar office to mr
Raghav with taking receiving from him that i donot want to continue policy and i want to cancel my policy in free look period and since now two months are almost passed and he is continously making fool of me that i have cancelled policy and you will get money back quickly i have called him around ** - ** times but he gave me same answer. I have all the recordinds and his signed letter and now i am tottaly depressed with sbi general insurance service so as per my rights i am going to file lpa in consumer court and Amritsar jurisdiction for doing fraud with me
