- MakeMyTrip not responding to rescheduling Open
Due to the lockdown my ticket from Ranchi to Kolkata booked through MakeMyTrip got cancelled by airline. As per an email from MakeMyTrip I can’t get a refund on this cancellation and can only reschedule it. However I am constantly calling them and they are not replying.I even emailed them and they replied saying I should use the online chat system that they have on their application. I tried doing so and there is no response from there too.As per rescheduling guidelines provided by MakeMyTrip I have to initiate the rescheduling before April *st, otherwise my request will not be entertained. My complain is that as the cancellation is due to Corona, refund should be provided. Also how are our issues going to be handled if no one from MakeMyTrip is responding
