- MakeMyTrip Didn t Refunded Less Amount Open
I had booked Singapore Airlines Flight for My Mom from Osaka(KIX) to Chennai(MAA), Travel Date on *th Jul**** through MakeMyTrip. Booking ID is NN*************, Ticket Price ***** INR.
Due to Covid-**, Singapore Airlines Announced the Full Refund for the respective flight, Hence I had cancelled the Ticket. But MMT refused to My Cancellation without any Intimation and Cancellation Process was not completed.
Again I had cancelled the Ticket on **th Jul****. And received Cancellation Confirmation Mail with the Refund Amount of *****(Mail is Attached below).
But After Refund processed and Received the Mail on **th Sep**** saying that ***** will be refunded.
I could not communicate with MMT Properly and When They Connect sometimes but they do not provide proper information.
This Complaint is to get my full refund Amount of *****.
