- MakeMy Trip is making me Frustated from False promised and Lies Open

Dear Voxya,
I had a booking with MakeMytrip for Hotel Hideout Agra for **th November.
Then I got call from Hotel after *-* days that they have stopped busniess with Makemytrip and makemytrip is Forcefully booking their Hotel and they will not allow me check-in on specified date.
Then I contacted Makemytrip, they told me Hotelier is right and they can either provide alternate Hotel which I did not like because they were providing * star in place of * star.
I asked for refund in My Bank Account also because of that decision that they will refund came so late I was forced to cancel my trip and all of My booking got in vein. Makemytrip does settlement and said and mailed they can just refund **** in MMT Mycash ( I use **** gift card for Hotel booking and *K personal expenses loss because of carbook and other preperation for trip)
still I was agree and they mailed me I will get **** in MMT mycash and cancel my whole bookings.
and mailed me also I will get **** Mycash in ** hours.
Even after that in last ** days I contacted MMT ** times atleast and everytime after ** Mins of frustation to get connect to team they said corresposding team will call you in next few mins/hours/as soon as possible. But I never got call and really got too frustated about their services.
Now I want resolution as well as all people should bycott MMT by knowing their actual services that Customer time and frustation does not matter for them
