My refund is processed by Singapore airlines as per their confirmation email. However to my horror, MMT agent is playing tricks and not passing on refund to my account.I am highly upset with MMT (Spoil My Trip)Despite several emails agent pretending to be deaf.Please be aware, MMT is merciless and still not refunding.This is outright cheating. MMT booking ID IN*B******xxxxxx BLR-SIN-Japan (Note xx put in id for my privacy) MMT is still keeping my money with them.SHAME
