- Mahindra Supro Ambulance Recurring Issue not resolved since last month Open

We recently bought a Mahindra Supro Ambulance (UP **KT ****), in the name of Medha Hospital and Trauma Centre, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. The vehicle has travelled just approx **k kms, and within that short span we have been extremely troubled and pained by the decision to buy a Mahindra vehicle - constantly finding one issue after another.
On **st September ****, the vehicle stopped working midway and we took it to the Ghaziabad Service centre for required maintenance. There we were told due to unavailability of certain parts, we had to go to Faridabad Service centre. Taking it to Faridabad, we had to wait for * days before some maintenance was done, and within one day after getting back, the issue started again. Since then we have again taken the Ambulance to the Mahindra Koncept Noida service centre, and even after a total of ** days, we do NOT have any resolution for the problem.
Ambulance is a critical services vehicle, which should provide reliable service to patients, many of whom require time sensitive critical care. If it fails to deliver basic function as a medical conveyance, it poses a huge medical and legal risk to the patient, hospital and auto manufacturer. Given the consistent issues faced with this vehicle, and the fact that we do NOT have reliable resolution even after ** days, we want to surrender this vehicle. Please direct the company to refund back the purchase amount (paid ***% down payment) immediately so that we can get a new reliable Ambulance. Otherwise we will be claiming damages (loss of business, mental stress, and risk to patients), and till a time they ambulance is replaced, please provide compensation at the rate of INR **k per day.
