There is a website called https://www.ltonlinestore.com/. It's computer hardware and software selling website which as per their website belongs to Mumbai.

The name of the Firm they use is D. M. Dhadhi (Proprietor) addressed Gr.**, Podar Chamber, Store Lane, Near RBI Bank, Fort, Mumbai ******. So I ordered some computer accessories with Order number #**-**-****** for which I paid a total of Rs.****.** with shipping. This was the first time I purchased from their website, the only reason I shopped from a new website was that it appeared as number one in Google SEO for that product. I have been shopping online from a while now, every time I search google for some products the LTstore comes under few top results but I never bought from them as I rely much on Amazon, Flipkart for their fast services, but in the lockdown period, one particular item wasn’t available on any other store so I decided to buy from them, as I have been seeing their website link on first from pretty often.

Its been around * Year now since I ordered but no response from their side. The order status went to processing in * days but after that nothing, they answer the calls, neither the emails. I initially waited a month hoping that delay is just due to coronavirus spreading across Mumbai however that was not the case. So when I researched more over the internet regarding the same i came to know it wasn’t just me but numerous of people have added bad reviews depicting the same store.

Apart from that they have a GSTIN number and are giving GSTIN Inputs also without even supplying the goods. The GSTIN No is as follows - **AKKPD****M*ZY

I went through Quora and it is filled with complaints, please find the enclosed links of the same with the mail. The point I would like to highlight here is that these people have very good digital marketing people and hence have been able to rank their website so well in Google SEO, this leads to a positive brand image in minds of people via which they do such frauds, also the pricing of goods they have is in comparison to that in the market its is not extremely cheap (which most of the fraudsters do), the fact being priced according to the market also creates a false effect in mind of the consumer.

I would like to please find the enclosed details and look into the issue and help me to get a refund and other people who have been looted by them.
