I have made an Furniture Products Purchase for *.** Lakhs through Wooden street on July ** ****. I have been Promised for * week Delivery time During the time of booking and the complete products got Delivered to me by *th week from the Date of purchase.
My calls to customer Support Didn't have any proper Response for Delay and none of them were ready to take any Responsibility.
Now coming to the main issue, All products that got Delivered to me had damages and the sofacumbed was sub-standard and it was not Delivered to me in good condition. the Model that showed on there site had cushions on the sides and new. what i got is with full of dirt and damaged wood with no fabric on the sides. i have taken this issue with there customer support and None of them responded properly. they are so careless such that they started laughing at my issue . I taken them on email so that i will have something to claim for legal and posted all pics and defects.
It was Escalated to next Level and since a Month of my email, there is No proper Response from there side. I had to explain my issue from start to each and every time on call. And it been * months where i have not used there Products..
The pics that i have sent is just an sample of scratches and the Difference in fabric cover can be seen over comparison to the original image which wooden street has. it looks ugly without a fabric on side bottoms with woods visible.
and can see the Delay for email response between each mails and i had to push them for reply every time.
The carpenter visit happened two times and nothing big got Fixed including the Shake on side table which is just a small work for a carpenter..

I have Made a Bulk Order of * carts, * Dinning table, * Sofa cum Bed and * side tables on July **. I have Been Promised for Delivery of weeks which made me to purchase and confirm this order. I got them Partially Delivered after * weeks and my carts got delivered only on * th week post Confirmation.
None of the Products except Dinning Table are Scratch free. Sofacumbed and Walken bed are of worst quality. the Delivery man even took the pictures of it and promised to push for return of sofacumbed. The walken bed has that sponge came off with Multiple scratches. Attached are some of the pictures where i see it visible.
Sofacumbed came with full of Dust and sand stagged.
There was No proper Communication about Delay from your End and when i asked it was told an Compensation will be paid off.
Looks Like it was an False Promise as none of the Followups are happening as of Now.

Hi Himani,
I Hope you are the manager for the concerned Department. I Wish you go through the mail thread. Its been ** weeks since i started Ordering this Product and No usage till Now with the damages it has.
I have followed up few times from my last email to get an reply and its been * days for to get a mail response from your End.
This Looks Like a high Level Cheating from wooden street where None of the Promise is Kept on and all i could see is a customer care Person(Kanishk) laughing at the Concerns during the call.
As per Wooden street clause, its * weeks where by max it reaches a customer or else it will be cancelled and returned.
I got the Product on * th week with Multiple Damages, it was Immediately reported to the site Person who Delivered. The Mdf Board was Broken, Head rest nails have Come off, the quality of board is Not appropriate as promised.
I have earlier raise issues with Sofa cum bed on the quality and scratches, it came off as Dirt.I want the sofa cum Bed and Walken Bed With Storage (King Size, Mahogany Finish) to be taken back.
While Ordering i have been promised for Delivery within * weeks and i have made a Bulk order not to be Laughed by you People while reporting issues.

Thanks For Arranging Carpenter Visit today, I got them Finally. Carpenter has assured of fixing Damages and replacing things accordingly. Have to wait how this comes up..
Have attached the pics of sofa cum bed which am Claiming to get Replaced because of below issues..
The alignment of this Bed is completely in Bad shape. There is a * Inch gap and misalignment between the sofa and wood.
The Fabric all over the Places are with Dirt, Not sure how many days it was in Gudown before it was delivered.
The Fabric thread are teared and it came off in many places.
The wood skin has came off which the carpenter has promised to replace them completely but i Dont want to replace only wood as the Sofa as whole is completely in Bad shape.
Over and above, we have informed Delivery time during the time installation about the Dirt sand it had over the bottom and dirt over the fabric all over the place.
Please do the needful

Can someone take the responsibility here.. the carpenter pending work is yet to be done as well..
I have explained all defects about the sofa cum bed to Kevin and hope he communicated the same for return..
On Saturday customer support folks has promised me an update in ** hours for sofa cum bed..
Each time I was explaining the same problem to multiple person.. can you assign someone dedicatedly for this

Thanks for your mail. The Sofacumbed Doesn't have one particular issue where we are unsatisfied and decided to return..
The main issues was it was Dirt while it got Delivered and it was Not new to be used.
The bottom till Now has sand hardened all over place.. it would have Definitely affected the wood.
The Wood was shattered in between where it was like the Hot water was poured on to wood cover.
The Fabric on the sides was Not covered as it was shown in the wooden street Pic, Please Compare the side bottom of pic that i sent and the actual pic posted for this bed.
If Carpenter Asses all this Problems and get it fixed, i dont have a Problem . But the delay is another issue. we have been waiting almost * Months Now and Nothing happened.
When you Know it was not as promised, whats the Hesitation in taking it back ? why are you guys pushing me to compensate on all the products that you Delivered ?

Please make sure the Fabric work is done as per the product displayed on picture, the sides has to be covered with fabric and thread issues to be corrected.

you can see the product delivered to me is not covered with fabric and it has the wood exposed outside on the side bottoms.
Please make sure that this gets corrected along with next visit and further Delay is not acceptable.

Am Waiting soo soo Long for all your Replies, Nothing is Moving.. All my issues are still Stand still.. I haven't used my cart and Sofacumbed at all..
Cart MDF sheet damage is not Fixed, Carpenter visited * weeks ago and promised to come in * days for fix. the side table shake is still pending. the polish done on carts has came off and scratches started visible.
My main issue with SOfacumbed has to be recitifed atleast.. its just occupying my house. Please arrange it for return.

I have got so many * days assurance from you folks already. Please go through the email chain for the same.
I Don't think you guys will ever get a solution for this sofacum bed and its pending already for * months. I want them to be taken for return and initiate a Refund with Immediate Effect including the interest costs.
I Dont have much time permitted to get settle with furnitures and already the Indirect damages occured because of woodenstreet delays and carelessness is much more.
If nothing happens we will file an Notice Legally for all Damages
