Complaint filed against: Bunaai
i placed the order from bunaai.com for a dress product code KP379 on 21/02/2018 and received it on 7/03/2018 worth rupees 7000.
Hemlines are stitched with raw threads, dupatta doesn’t have embroidered border on one side, low quality stitching, no proper fitting etc. I tried contacting the website via call but phone was switched off, i mailed them with pictures of dress i received, they strictly said they cannot exchange or refund, when i asked about the embroidered border on dupatta they said its l design but the dupatta i received has embroidery on three sides. very disappointed with the quality and customer service, i received the dress worth 7k in a flimsy plastic bag.
