- Low quality of construction ^Open

Dear Sir/Mam,
I need your help and advice on this matter that a builder who is in dadri area noida made my house and spend * lack and ** thousand and he made very low quality home ,hardly spend about * lacks, he use low quality material ,step material ,railing around the roof,even submersible pump which gone failed within * years .
He made no kitchen in house and low material used in plaster and window wood ,no proper painting and all things he mage only a joke.
As i came in touch with him by a friend, I have no written agreement but i am sure that the budget he used is of very low, and anybody can assume after inspecting that he spent no proper money that i have given him .

Because if any person who spend * lakh he can easily made a good house and I saw so many houses in this budget.

Please suggest me what can be done.
