I have travelled from Chennai to Bangalore on Feb,** **** with ticket no.TP*X********.
I lost one of my cotton bag from my luggage,having two new pair of shoes,one mosquito net and carriage bag and other things.
The driver and other guy were not responded properly.
Especially,driver was very rude and instead of showing concern he is making fun out of it.
I have paid amount for security of luggage too while booking the ticket.
I have called customer care numbers of YBM travels and Red bus but no use they are not even picking up the call.
Could you please help me to get back my bag or refund.
