- Long delay in refunding back the extra money paid Open
I planned to get the new broadband connection installed on the *rd of June. Act Fiberenet sales person came to my home and checked the connectivity requirements and asked to pay the sum of ****(* months plan along with GST). Due to internet connectivity issues, my payment got failed twice and the *rd transaction was shown successfully. After a while, the previous transactions were also successful and a total of ***** got deducted from my account. I reached out to the salesperson and he said that sir, don't worry your money will be refunded to you shortly. I waited by his words. After ** days, on June **th the bill got updated and showed the total amount that was paid is *****. When I reach out to customer care about this issue, they replied that money would be refunded within ** hours. Since that day I'm calling them for every week and asking about the refund, but they didn't resolve it. I lost faith in them. Last time i.e., on the **th of July when I called them, they said that wait for another * working days. Then I said, I'll wait for * more days if I'm not getting my money back, I'm going to file a consumer complaint. Even after saying that they don't have any respect or fear towards the customer.

I used ACT for over two years earlier and it was all fine though the network had issues. then i had to relocate and i called up and asked for the disconnection.. now after three months, i again sent a request for a re-connection of the account....
