Bharti Axa frauds with people's money by luring you in for policies and never disclose refund policy as their agents will tell you that you can get refund if you choose to cancel your policy in first ** days but when you receive the policy booklet then you will get to know real terms and conditions as i was been lied to I applied for refund under free look period and online sales but then they told me that my policy is under offline sales that never happened but now they declined to provide my refund. If i want my refund they will provide me next year with *-*K deductions in same, so you invest in some policy to depreciate your money if you don't agree with their terms. In short first their agent will lie to you then when you face the reality they will deny your claims and depreciate your money. I stated Bharti Axa Life Insurance Pvt. Ltd that either refund my money in next * days or i will file a complaint against this fraud company and it's agent in court. My Policy No. is ***-*******. Despite trying to reach for multiple times all i got was your fraudulent tactics to keep my precious money. Your agent told me that i can get my refund in the first ** days but now your company and your agent are both denying the same, but you cannot keep on fooling around people. Your online sales agent manipulated me, your concerned policy agent manipulated me and so did your complaints unit. My case was delayed on purpose so that i miss my free look period but now i'm resting until i get my money back. Soon you will hear from my Advocate if you don't provide my full refund except stamp duty. All follow up mail and my filing for refund mail attached below. My policy is under Online Sales not offline sales under free look period i need my money back. I even applied the same day I received the booklet but none of your policy agents helped me reach the complaints unit email box, then I had to visit your Rohini office physically. It all leads to your fraudulent and manipulative conclusion that I'm wrong and you are right. My policy agent was Navneet who manipulated and did the fraud.
