- Lido Learning FRAUD ^Open

I’m am the parent who was forced to enroll LIDO learning by their team (Pavneet or Pamneet with whom I spoke) and who forced me enroll for the class and then only I can cancel if i dont want to go further. and then they took my aadhar details and processed the loan without my consent. But i was not convinced since the day * and pleaded them to to take my request for cancellation.
When my request was processed in LIDO the very next day I called up the team and asked to cancel my request My daughter hardly sat for * trail session and since then I was chasing the team to request for cancellation in the app as it was not showing me the option to cancel. I have the WhatsApp chat messages of my follow-up.
Loan amount of ***** was never even credited to my account but my EMI of **** got deducted for no reason.
I spoke to many people from the customer service of the Lido team & also customer service chats to take my request for cancellation at that time every new person assured me right from Jan until March that the request for cancellation has been taken for processing. Since I did not hear anything from the LIDO I also contacted this gentleman Chetan Minocha from Finance and he too assured me that the request for cancellation has been taken and things will be sorted by April, refunds would be processed. But honestly, nothing has happened. And now Mr. Chetan is not even answering my calls or reverting to my messages. Everyone in LIDO gave assurances and no confirmation of the request was taken or not.

I'm a very genuine person who never had faulty payment records. I'm the only earning member of my family looking after my daughter solely for her education & struggling with my Home Loans. It is very frustrating for me to go under this stress and do a continuous follow-up since the month of January. If you check my records I have never been a part of any actual LIDO classes but I have been a guinea pig and fell prey in this whole process. No body is taking this cancellation request. I'm being mentally stressed.
EARLY SALARY is the funding company that claims for the money that I have not taken and is also chasing me for payments they are sending me THREATENING messages on WhatsApp.. IS THIS RIGHT???? TO CONTACT PERSONALLY and harass me. Here are some of the contact numbers - +************ & ********** who harass me on Whatsapp and give their false identity.
Please can someone help me on this case to get resolved.
