- Laptop Repair Service Delay Open
My asset serial no: PF***NJ* under onsite ADP warranty for * more year as of today.
I understand that in current covid situation the things are delayed but it should not take more than * months to repair a laptop.
My laptop gon faulty on April **th, i raised complain to lenovo support and they identified that the motherboard is faulty. They placed request for parts. The parts got delayed that iI understand due to covid.
Now as per my Service Order no: ********** the required parts got delivered to local noida service station on may **th, **** at ** am.
Till from this day i am following up with lenovo team to service my asset. Within noida local there is no restriction of movement, i also stay in noida at sec *** which never came to containment zone no vasea found in our society. So what the problem for lenovo executive to come and change the part.
I guess around May **th also I recieved a call from Mayanks it solutions pvt ltd and they said thry are alligning an engineer for repair. I got this call on morning and no one came till yet, on the same evening i called them again and to ky surprise they said the part is not yet delivered. Then why i got the call and why the service order is saying part delivered.
I am constantly chatting on Lenovo Whats app numbers to get an update. Today also I chated to which they gave me address of service provdeer where the part is delivered and asked me to call them for update:
Infocare Digital System Pvt ltd, Noida, M/S Wipro InfoTech, C/O Wipro Infotech Infocare Digital System, Ground Floor, E**, Sec * Noida

When I called them I got a reply that they do not have the part. Common where is the part then.
All hopes are lost not sure when my laptop be repaired.
Turning to this forum now for help. As i am innit industry to effectively work from home i need my laptop. Forced to go to office during these lockdown period due to this.
