- Laptop given for service but didn't receive back Open
I shared my laptop with the ASUS support team called F* info solutions. After an hour I got a call that they haven't taken my laptop.
Confirmation of the collection of laptop was via text. There were two texts that I received. One was confirmation and the other was about working on the case.
I have contacted many people inside Asus but only got the response that the device has not been collected. I lost my device and my data as well. Please help me get my laptop back from ASUS.
This is the second time this is happening to me. The first time was in ****. When I got my device back after * months and since it was out of warranty they did not repair it as well.
