- Lack of service not solving any problem Open
Actually, I got two times victimized by Videocon d*h. The first time was in the month of May **th ****. My videocon d*h set-top box was not working it got stuck. I cannot watch any channel from that day then I have call customer service centre and given complete information about my problem. They said the problem which I'm facing will get resolved by the service representative by visiting home. I agreed with that any waited for the service representative to visit my place and repair my set top box but no one visited. I again call the customer service centre and asked regarding the issue. They said the same thing again but none of them came. I made a call to the customer service centre number of times no one come to resolve my problem. ** days passed I kept on calling customer service centre regarding the issue but my issue did not resolve. One day I browsed my issue on Google then I found something by which my issue got solved by following as they instructed after doing that my set-top box started working again. Again I call videocon d*h customer service centre and told them that I solved my issue by myself. I asked them to close the complaint and then I asked them to refund the recharge amount which I didn't use in the time of my set top box issue was going but they refused to refund the recharge amount then I left that thing their itself. I recharged my d*h set-top box myself here the first issue ended by solving my problem myself.
Second time again I got victimized on June **th ****. Now the issue is that my monthly d*h pack was ended in ** days actually the last date is **th July **** but it ended very early. I call videocon d*h customer service centre and asked them about the problem I'm facing. They said they deducted ₹*** from my videocon D*h account for the repairing my videocon d*h set-top box without any intimation.
As I mention in the first case none of the service representatives visited my place to repair/resolve my d*h set top box problem. I did myself by the help of some instructions provided on google. I brief then this thing they said they will refund my money in my account within ** hours. But I didn't receive any refund amount till now. It's been * days I'm calling customer service centre but they are not resolving. In the first case, I lost nearly *** to *** rupees. In the second case, I lost *** rupees. What should I need to do with this Videocon d*h service?
