- Lack of intent from Flipkart to issue replacement or Refund of the Wrong Product Sent Open

I have purchased the dell vostro i* Laptop on big billion day on **th October,**** (After app + sbi credit card discounts)from flipkart. The seller was supposed to deliver the item to my address in Bangalore by **th October,****. But it didn't happen. I raised complaints then finally seller shipped the different product which I received on **th October , **** night. As soon as I opened the box it was different cheaper model from dell. So, I requested for replacement immediately also provided all the relevant proofs. But seller has not responded till date. And I have requested their customer care and grievance cell. They gave me commitment to get back to me within ** hours but they didn't respond. So, they didn't follow their own deadline. And on app they gave deadline of *th November,**** to get back to me. But I am not sure by when replacement or refund will be issued?
So, my complaint is that the product comes under return policy but seller(retailnet) and flipkart is showing no intent to replace or refund. My money is stuck and already ** days over without the product. And I am in much anxiety and going through much of suffering as I can't work even though I paid amount, and also I can't go ahead to purchase another one from market, since they have taken the request under replacement.
They're keep on giving false commitments. And that is giving me sense of looted. Please help. I am providing the All required details in support of my issue. Thank You!
