Ordered a White Shirt (priced at Rs.****) from KICKSKAART on Oct ** **** by making a partial payment of Rs.*** and on **th Oct ****, my security guard received the order on my behalf by making the payment of the remaining amount of Rs. ****, later when I checked, I found that they have delivered a cheap quality tshirt as the wrong product. Since then I am trying to reach out to them via whatsapp and instagram, but they are not responding. But, when I reached out to them using a different phone number they were very quick in replying (maybe thinking it as a new customer). When I shared about the issue using my new number, they replied "Enjoy", and that the wrong product is "Looking good". When I asked them for refund, they are not replying anymore. Clearly they are a big SCAM.
