i have booked the honeymoon package through kersia holidays and i have
paid aroung ***** for air ticket and ***** for advance to kesia
on feb ** (*****) and **,*** on feb **th ,due to the coronova virus
all the flights have been banned and we couldnt able to go also and we
for maty **th
and i have raised the cancellation request to the company on mar **th
and they have sent a mail saying that we will proceed and cancel it
i have not recieved the money back even my air ticket fare al;so i
have not got back if i ask them they are saying that we will not pay
you because we have booke dthe
resort for you i have to pay to them and all they are saying but the
thing i paid the amount for air ticket booking and i have paid the
amount yet to book the resort
as for my knowledge nobody will book the resort untill unless they
have recieved the money fronm the customer
kindly help me in getting my money back

I have booked my flights through Kesia Holidays, that flight has been cancelled and they refunded the amount to kesia holidays. but still they are not transferring the amount to me. its been more than * year....
