- Karagiri provides refund in form of a store coupon that can t be used at all even if you use it you ^Open

I had ordered a kanjivaram saree on **th October with order id #KRGR***** for Rs.****.** . received a different color saree from what was ordered so requested for a return which they declined saying the return window of ** hours is over and provided me a refund in form of store credit, now that i am trying to use the store credit which has been provided in form of a coupon the website is not allowing me to use it citing a coupon is already preapplied so I cannot use my store credit coupon. Now I am stuck with the ****.** amount coupon that I cannot use.
Also, you can never get the same value back as they won't allow you to buy the products on sale.
I have given you Rs.****.**, I should have the right to buy something which now comes at that price at your store now like I would have got it while using your store website for the first time.

*)You buy something for **** (after all discounts that run like *** days a year- why not place them at discounted price only)
*)they refund you Rs. **** coupon saying you can apply on the payment page
*) you'll think you can buy something worth Rs.**** on their website so you add something on the cart whose final payment is **** or above thinking you'll pay the difference. BUT HERE COMES THE CATCH
*) karagiri won't allow you to purchase the product you desired for ****(after all discounts) rather it will sell it to you after removing discounts maybe around ****

so how much did you pay initially - Rs.****
how much are you getting back- Rs**** or maybe less
coz a new customer would have paid Rs.**** only for that product which is in your cart
