Present status- Partial refund of the amount. Grievance Details: The consumer said that he had ordered some fruits and grocery items along with some household goods from the company dated **rd august but on **th august, the company sent only partial shipment and consumer haven't received the complete items. The company was supposed to refund him Rs.***/- as goods worth this amount they couldn't send him but the company refunded only Rs.**/- to him and several times he has contacted with the company but didn't get any resolution.
So he wants to register a grievance and wants penalty amount as well for the harrasment & delay.
