I paid **** rs approximately for silver jio fiber internet .I was told I will get a speed of upto ***mbps but I am getting only *-*mbps .
I tried contacting customer care to raise the issue they assure me it will get sorted maximum in **hours .and it's been **days I have been calling them everyday no call nobody visited .and when I took connection the person visited in just * hour to make there incentive.i am scared to disconnect the service as well I don t think they will refund money which they said it s refundable at the time of joining jio.i am raising it online I know anything will change but I just want to communicate with people who are running for jio fiber connection .it's not that cheap and if you have any issue nobody will fixed the problem.after ** Jan once my recharge will end I will disconnect jio fiber as its customer service is pathetic.i will probably go to Airtel it s expensive but they care for customer....reliance jio is desi company....one of the worst company I came across in my life
