I have suffered mentally and financially because of the irresponsible and pathetic service provided by jio fiber when requested for relocation and later cancellation of the account and connection.
-**sept **** requested to connection relocation home move request sr*******ab*
-they closed it by saying it was postponed for no reason on **sept
- opened applet complaint on **sept sr*******c*x no update till date
-again called for cacellation of services to get my refund on **sept, they closed it saying issue is resolved on**sept
- called back again and asked for refund and device not picked up yet they opened new sr ********qr and still no refund processed yet.
under going trauma by jio fiber care since more than one month they seems not to even care .. please help me get my refund back;
