- Ixigo not allowing to book againts credit shell Closed

Tried booking a flight against spicejet credit shell but ixigo doesn’t have an inbuilt option for doing so. It forwards the request to spicejet website and then on that website, I was asked to book on ixigo. It’s like both the brands are directing the customer to each other and none of both are really doing the job- of making a fresh booking against credit shell. It seriously so harassing.
