I have ordered Few Items from RentoMojo . Who gives Furniture on Rent. After payment is done on Day * to RentoMOJO. They deliver partial Items that too without installation and after so many follow up, so even those are of No us. Now when I am asking for update they don't have update for that. I am literally TRAPPED, HARASSED and CHEATED. They say that they will arrange a callback, So I dont call them back again and again. I have lost my money, time and more over they tortured me mentally . Even I am asking for refund they are not ready for that.
The guy I was dealing with suddenly disappeared and Not picking up my call. RentoMojo is saying product is from Zefo they don't have update from Zefo. But My question is, Who is responsible to my loss?
I really need Help here , To atleast blacklist that startup comapnies who doesnt care about Customer Pain. There attitute is like "Who cares about customer"
