Ordered online through jiomart. Order number *****************M placed on **/**/**** at *.** pm .
We received a call from their rep stating that the order cannot be delivered due to transportation issues due to Covid and the money will be refunded in * to * working days.
However it's more than ** days. We have contacted them on whatsapp and phone and raised three complaints.

However, we have not received any refund till date. Their system shows items delivered while nothing has been delivered.
