I ordered food from Zomato on ** November,**** . i ordered * items, malai chaap, and butter naan thali for total sum of *** but only received the chaap and not thali, the bill was given for the both the items though.i then contacted Zomato customer support regarding my order and talked to nikita regarding the same,she tells me to wait for some time and cuts the call,issue is not resolved after some time I talked to Kunal this guy just kept apologizing and didn't even try to understand the problem after some time I talked to prathik he kept telling me to review the restaurant.i realised this is all a scam to get easy money basically not sending the food item but telling they sent everything.I felt devastated and got very upset due to this response of the the support team they didn't even listen to me and kept supporting the restaurant. I lost ***Rs and didn't even get the food item.please resolve this issue.
